5 miles east of Cohutta in Whitfield County, GA

Survey summary:  Tornado touched down just east of Cohutta at about 50 yards wide then proceeded northeast and collapsed a chicken coop killing 16,000 chickens.  The tornado also destroyed a farm structure not in use in the same location. It then proceeded further northeast and grew wider to 100 yards where it snapped some trees and crossed the state line into Tennessee.

EF1...weak......86 to 110 mph
