Clifford Joyce has plead guilty to conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine.

In federal court Friday, he admitted to planting drugs on Anglea Garmley's car.

It's a case that also implicates former Murray County Judge Bryant Cochran.

Cochran resigned after Garmley accused him of soliciting her for sex.

Garmley's Attorney McCracken Posten says the conspiracy unfolded after that.

Two sheriff's deputies have already plead guilty to their part in the conspiracy.
