Brown says these 200 apartments ranging between 1 and 3 beds just off Apison Pike could be a good fit for VW workers and their families.

The complex is expected to be finished by next year and is less than 5 miles from Volkswagen's Plant.
Local realtors say plans are already in place to expand the Volkswagen Drive, Apison Pike route as more and more people will be moving into the area in the coming years.
