Bob a self employed flooring contractor says he fell behind on mortgage payments when he got sick.
He and his wife told News 12 they will keep on appealing and campaigning until someone gives them their home back.
"They caused the problem in the first place and then they got saved with our money, the bailouts, now they come after our houses with our money"
Neighbors along Florida Avenue say they are saddened by the foreclosure and can see why someone would want to stay in St Elmo.

Occupy Chattanooga have gotten involved and say they are 100 per cent behind bob and his wife protecting their historic home.
