Panel Seeks Solutions To Chattanooga Violence

Chattanooga police and community leaders have a new plan of attack when it comes to gang violence. That comes after the Mayor pushes his plan to curb violence in the Scenic City. The program will mean more civic involvement from police and community groups.....

Chattanooga Violence Reduction "it starts within the home".YES "Parents have to become more engaged in their children's lives". YES "And then you have to hold organizations accountable" WAIT, WHAT? Organizations responsible for raising kids? Wow. SMDH Way to go, Mayor. Dismantle the programs then blame them for failing. Almost makes me want to say "Dude, wha...." even though I'm waaay above the age range to do so.
