A 27-year-old woman is arrested for driving under the influence, and we're told she had two small children with her.

Police tell us Allison Sutton crossed two lanes of traffic on Dayton Boulevard and hit a man head-on.

It happened around eight Friday morning.

Officers believe Sutton was under the influence of drugs.

Testing is underway.

No word on the condition of the other driver.

Sutton could face a stiffer penalty because she had two children in her vehicle.

Her bond is set at 200,000 dollars.
