An investigation is on-going into a possible murder-suicide in Sequatchie County.
Sheriff Ronnie Hitchock says they got the call at 11:17 Saturday morning, to a residence just outside of the Dunlap city limits.
Hitchcock says early indications seem to point to the murder-suicide between a local couple. He says a husband shot and killed his wife before taking his own life. The Sequatchie County Sheriff's office continues to investigate the incident along with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation. We'll have more details as they become available.
