St. Elmo Neighbors Pitch In To Help Woman After House Fire

       A former St. Elmo resident is trying to put her life back together. This after a devastating fire gutted her home.
        Now her St. Elmo neighborhood is pitching in to help her out. Less than six months ago, 72 year old Loretta Morris had her family home renovated thanks to a loan she received from the Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise.
        But one week ago, a fire destroyed all that hard work, and left Loretta homeless.
        That's when friends, family, and her St. Elmo neighborhood pitched in to help.
        "So many neighbors just frankly asked what does she need. She lost everything in the fire so a little bit of everything, clothing simple things we take for granted. Toiletries, warm things," says St. Elmo neighbor Joy Devlin.
