Bradley County, TN, (WDEF)-This is Brymer Creek in Bradley County.
Residents feel that more and more mud is building up in the river and harming wildlife.

"The mud does not just go there and wash on down like people might think, it actually changes the habitat of the stream"

Pamela O'Dwyer says her neighbor Mr Campbell has noticed the changes in the stream over recent years and they are all concerned.

"He watches it, seventeen years he has watched it daily, so he knows it should be a clear stream not a muddy stream"

But concern is growing with another threat to the stream looming.

Pamela added, "So it's simply not good government to put an industrial park where an industrial park does not go"

Residents feel the industrial park will create excessive surface run off and leave the stream beyond help in coming years.
