What in the world was that woman thinking? I want more information such as: was the grandmother mentally ill or possibly alcohol impaired? Where were the parents and why didn't someone stop this from happening? Did the grandmother not know there was a pond there? She must have been familiar with her own property. So many questions left unanswered. Something just doesn't smell right with this story.

This is heartbreaking. I do not understand why an 18 month old baby and a 3 year old toddler were on an ATV. This accident should have never happened if common sense would have been used. Ithis is so sad.
