Trial of Tennessee State Rep. Jim Cobb Starts in Rhea County

A jury has been seated in the trial of State Representative Jim Cobb.
The trial is underway in Rhea county.
He faces an assault charge stemming from an Election Day incident during the primaries on August 2nd.
Cobb is accused of assaulting a wheelchair-bound woman at the Frazier Polling district.
That's at Frazier elementary school.
Cobb didn't win his bid for re-election.
