Two men facing rape charges

CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee(WDEF) - Two men have been arrested in separate cases involving rape.

James Wilson, 49, was taken into custody Saturday morning by Hamilton County sheriff deputies and charged with child rape.

A judge set his bond at $900,000 and he's due in court July 16th.

In a separate case, Roy Cross,41, is facing one count of rape and two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Cross is a bouncer at the electric cowboy night club.
An underage girl told Chattanooga police that Cross raped her behind a dumpster after telling her she owed him for getting drinking bracelets for her and her friend.

His bond was set at $5,000 and he's due in court this Tuesday.
