Chattanooga Police are investigating a deadly hit-and-run incident between a moped and an SUV.
It happened Friday on the 4400 block of St. Elmo Avenue.
That's where the moped was struck by the SUV.
The driver of the moped, David Joe Bruce, 56, died at the scene.
Police say the driver of the SUV drove away, then then crashed shortly thereafter.
A suspect is in custody.
