It's 690 miles of odds, ends and everything in between, the World's longest yard sale has something for everyone, just ask Yard sale veteran Cathy Freeman.
"Lamps, toys, quilts, plants, flowers, you never know what you are going to find. We went as far as Jamestown, Tennessee and came back down and came to Crossville, then it was time to go home so we had the van full of lots of goodies."
Tea pots? you need teapots? One first time seller has you covered.
"My grand daughter had a wedding about two months ago and she used tea pots for the center pieces so I ended up with about 35 tea pots I needed to resell so I thought well, this would be a great time to sell them," said Jennie Rogers.
The cat climbing the fence? Not for sale, though you can make your own....
"I just happened to see it on the side of the highway and took a picture of it and thought that would be something I'd love to have in my own yard and I'll make a pattern and sell them at my garage sale but so far no one is interested," said Rogers.
How about a cow to cook your cow? Or a pig to cook your pig? Or some fish that are....well just fish. Unique Imports are certainly......unique.....
"The grills are pretty incredible, they are eye catchers, we've got a bull grill that is just a full sized bull, and a pig, all of the animals they are just so funny. These silly animals it has just opened up a whole new world for us," says Logan Dorris, Unique Imports owner.
And on day one, from small time to big time, business is booming...
"It's been very busy this morning, probably sold about two thirds of what we had out this morning so it's already been very busy," said Rogers
"Over the last three or four years Thursday has gotten bigger and bigger, it is right in there for us any way right in there with Friday and Saturday in sales," added Dorris.
