An Ohio teenager remains in a local jail.
But he's wanted back home for making threats against school mates.
13-year old Calvin Riley was arrested last night in Dayton Tennessee.
Police say he was driving a stolen pickup truck from Ohio.
They found two rifles in the truck with about four hundred rounds of ammunition.
Officers say he told them one of the guns was his, but the other was in the truck when he stole it.
He is wanted for threats to his school in Huron County Ohio.
His parents found a journal where he threatened 33 of his classmates and teachers.
Dayton police took him into custody without incident.
