A Meigs County Man Faces Child Rape Charges

     Meigs County authorities arrest a man on a claim he had sex with a 12-year-old girl.    
     They took 35-year-old Charles Ricker into custody at his home on Craig Lane between Big Spring and Decatur.
     Ricker was originally arrested for an unrelated domestic violence charge.
     The Meigs County Sheriff's Department has now charged him with rape of a child and sexual exploitation of a minor.
     Ricker remains in custody on a $96,000 bond.
     Detectives say the investigation is ongoing.
