Animal Fix: Loafin' Wildcat

Don't mind me. I'm just nappin'.

"Chris quick get the camera. Get the kids! Get the kids!"

"I'm thinking how are we gonna get it out of our yard..."

A bobcat was fast asleep on the grass... under a tree.

"We were really, really suprised never expected to see a bobcat in a yard."

"Seemed pretty calm looked like it was taking a nap."

But the Browns weren't as calm. They kept the kids insides while they video taped the bobcat from their bedroom window.

"Several times the cat looked right at that window right at us."

Then it was time to get up.

"This is the first time it gets up on its feet."

The Browns even threw a couple of balls at the cat, hoping it would leave.

Shhh! I'm just humoring them.

"It got up and batted the ball. Almost like it was gonna play with a ball of yarn."

Finally after about 15-minutes of lounging... It was pool time.

"Stuck his paws in and then took a drink stood up kind of mozied on over..."

As quickly as it came, the bobcat slipped back over the fence. Just what these U of A Wildcat fans wanted. With two children around, they didn't want this cat coming back.

"I will definately be out here with a rake before the kids go play and definately checking the pool area."
