Attempted Kinapping Suspect Arrested In Cleveland

37-year-old James A. Beach, of Ridgeway Court Drive, is being held in the Bradley County jail without bond until his court appearance. A mother say Beach walked up to her vehicle and tried to snatch her daughter from inside the car. The woman drove off but later spotted Beach's vehicle and called police.
Beach's is schedule to appear in General Sessions Court at 9 am Monday.
