Lunch time is a busy time for any restaurant, and the Brainerd Bistro is no exception. This is a business run by students. They picked the menu; figured out the prices of the meals; wait the tables, and cook the food themselves. 12th Grader Jessica Jones says, "It's not just about cooking, you're learning different things, how to set the table, waiting on people, talking to them nicely and all of that kind of stuff." The Bistro is run by more than 40 students and is open to the public on Thursdays and Fridays from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.
