Charges have been dismissed against a Cleveland doctor accused of prescription fraud and possession of drugs for resale.

Dr. James Sego admitted to illegally obtaining medications for his rheumatoid arthritis, and becoming addicted.

The court in Bradley county found Sego had no connection with a former Cleveland police officer charged with similar crimes.

In a pre-trial diversion agreement, Dr. Sego's record will be expunged, after he performs a hundred hours of community service.

The girl from his

The girl from his office---HIS EMPLOYEE---went to prison for 5 years for forging prescriptions. Why is that so much worse than the Doctor passing out all those pills for his patients?????????

doctor who's charged with prescription fraud

RIGHT THERE GOES TO SHOW YOU THAT IF YOU HAVE MONEY THEN YOU CAN BUY YOUR WAY OUT OF ANYTHING. IF THAT HAD BEEN ANYONE BESIDES A DOCTOR, THERE'S NO WAY THEY WOULD HAVE GOTTEN COMMUNITY SERVICE AND GOT THEIR RECORD EXPUNGED. ANYONE ELSE WOULD HAVE GOTTEN AT LEAST 3 YEARS PROBATION AND IT WOULD HAVE STAYED ON THEIR RECORD. I THINK IF ANYTHING ,THEY SHOULD HAVE TAKEN HIS LICENSES. HE DEFIANTLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING!!!!!!!!1 THEY SHOULD HAVE JUST GAVE HIM A PAT ON THE BACK AND SAID HAVE A NICE DAY. CAUSE THEY SURE DIDN'T PUNISH HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
