The Chattanooga Fire Department held its annual Fire Prevention Week Awards Ceremony this morning at the Fire Training Center.  With Mayor Ron Littlefield, Fire Chief Randy Parker and Fire Marshal David Brooks presiding, prizes were awarded to the winners of the fire safety quiz and the poster contest.

The fire safety quiz was given to students in grades K-5 at public and private schools in Chattanooga.  The winners for each grade answered all of the multiple choice questions about fire safety correctly, and came the closest to guessing the number of alarms our department responded to during the course of Fire Prevention Week. Each winner received a brand new bicycle.  A complete list of the winners is included below.

In the photo:  All of the winners of the fire safety quiz and poster contest posed for a group photo after the ceremony.
