East Ridge police are looking for a former partner in the failed Splash Valley Water park.
The Criminal Investigations Division has a felony arrest warrant for 50-year old David Mayes of Harrison.
He's seen here on the left.
Officers accuse Mayes of writing a worthless 34-thousand-dollar check to a business partner while trying to develop the water park.
Mayes and others first proposed the idea in 2007..but plans were scrapped last year.
Investigators ask anyone with information about his whereabouts to call East Ridge police.
