Franklin County Teacher Arrested for Sexual Contact with a Minor in Grundy County

Grundy county officials arrest a Franklin County teacher for sexual contact with a minor.

Deputies arrested Robert Thomas Allen, Jr. Wednesday at Franklin County High School.

The English and Drama teacher allegedly had inappropriate sexual contact with a student during a drama camp at Bear Hollow in Grundy County August 30th.

Allen did not enter a plea when he appeared before a Grundy County judge this afternoon.

Bond was set at $40,000.
