Gang Members "Mike Mike" & "Timbo" Will Not Get New Trials

Timothy "Timbo" Evans and Michael "Mike Mike" Daniels will not be granted a new trial.

Judge Rebecca Stern denied the request, despite the discrediting of a "gang expert" who testified against them.

Both received life sentences for the murder of Adrian Patton three-years ago.  That shooting at the Emma Wheeler homes began a cycle of gang retaliation in the summer of 2006.
