When Chattanooga presented its pitch to Volkwagen, the city hired someone to translate it into German. When Bradley County closed the deal with Wacker Chemical, they sought help with the language. Both methods worked. Now, a local import hopes to bridge the gap between both cultures. WDEF News 12's Joe Legge reports.
