An all female work crew is swinging hammers and putting up walls near Erlanger Hospital.

Its part of the Habitat for Humanity of Chattanooga's annual "Women Build" campaign.

The week leading up to Sunday's Mother's Day holiday is designated National "Women Build" Week.

Woman do all the volunteer construction.

Organizers say it benefits them just as much as the new homeowners.

Site Coordinator Diane Barnes says, "They come to learn. But then many of them come because life has treated them so well, they want to give back."

This is the 16th Habitat for Humanity of Chattanooga home built exclusively by women.
