Hamilton County Schools Get Ready for Volkswagen
Hamilton County schools get ready for Volkswagen.
The school district already has high school academies geared toward electronics, manufacturing, and engineering.
Superintendent Jim Scales says Volkswagen provides an incredible opportunity for students.
He says the district will work with business and industry leaders to provide an educated workforce.
Supt. Jim Scales says, "We need our youngsters to be prepared to take advantage of this opportunity and weave a path within the economic structure so that they can be successful here."
With two new high schools under construction, Dr. Scales says the district is ready for increased enrollment.
