Judge Strikes Down Guns in Bars/Restaurants in Tennessee

Guns in Bars are once again in the headlines in Tennessee.
The legislature passed a bill this year to allow people with carry permits to bring weapons into restaurants and bars that make at least half their money from serving food.
However, the owners have the right to post "no guns allowed."
But that wasn't good enough for a judge in Nashville.
She ruled the law is too vague.
There is no word yet if the state plans to appeal the ruling.

Judge's ruling/ guns in bars

Guns in bars. Boy what brilliant mind came up with this one. Guns and alcohol, might as well be alcohol and driving, makes just as much sense.

No, it makes NO sense. Look,

No, it makes NO sense. Look, those of us who carry LEGALLY went to alot of trouble to FOLLOW the law where carrying the weapon is concerned. The law states that the carrier is not to drink. Why do you think any of US would break that law? The ones who break the law are carrying illegally anyway. I carry and will continue to do so LEGALLY to PROTECT my family from the violence that is spilling over into every avenue of our culture.

This RIGHT is granted me by The Constitution of the United Staes of America and is not to be abridged in any way.... yet judges like THIS fool -- backed by idiots like YOU -- continue to try to take my RIGHTS away.
