Kohl's Department Store donates $27,000 to T.C. Thompson's Children's Hospital's C.A.R.E. Mobile.
The C.A.R.E. Mobile offers free dental screenings for children with no insurance.
The donated money will go towards expanding it's program.
Coordinator Raymond Lallier says right now they see two thousand kids.
He says there are eight thousand kids within a ten mile radius of the hospital who don't have any insurance.
Lallier says, "For a lot of those kids this means they can actually see the dentist. Their families can't afford to see the dentist. So, this actually means care provided for them."
The C.A.R.E. Mobile will also launch it's first campaign to help promote proper dental hygiene for kids.
