Some Turley residents will be paying back years of free sewer service.

City officials recently found out more than 200 residents were not paying, after someone bragged to a neighbor about it. Officials say the 200 homes have not been billed for sewer service for the last three years.

They now have three years to pay those fees, which break down to about $1600 per home. Customers impacted will get a letter in the next few days.
