Local Life Care Center Cannot Accept New Residents

   A Red Bank nursing home is ordered not to admit any new residents. Life Care CenterThe Life Care Center of Red Bank is a 148-bed licensed nursing home located on Runyan Drive. A complaint investigation and annual survey found violations in the areas of administration, performance improvement, physician services, nursing services, medical records and pharmaceutical services.
   The Chattanooga home faces a one-time state penalty of $5,000 dollars and a federal penalty of more than $6,000 dollars a day until the violations are corrected.
