Man Dies in Stabbing Incident

Saturday morning around 2:30 am Chattanooga Police responded to 807 Dodds Avenue on a fight /disorder call. When officers arrived they found two victims with stab wounds and one person with blunt trauma from an assault. The three were transported to Erlanger Hospital for treatment. One of the stabbing victims died during surgery and the other stabbing victim was admitted to the hospital with non life threatening injuries. The third person was treated and released.

No names have been released pending the notification of other family members. The crime is being investigated by the Chattanooga Homicide Unit.
