Man Shot and Killed In Polk County

Polk County officers are investigating the shooting death of a man in the Delano community. Upon officers arrival at the Chestuee Rd. location ablut 10:30 Friday night, they found 47 year Steven Gargala of a Chestuee Rd. dead at the scene. Charged with 1st degree murder is Clayton Pike, Jr. also of Chestuee Rd. His age was not given. Polk county investigators have not released any other information about the details.
