Nu'Keese Richardson Not Leaving Vols
Comments Below: 0
When Vols freshman Nu'Keese Richardson didn't show up for practice on Sunday night, rumors started that the Florida native was home sick, and wanted to leave Knoxville.
But Vols coach Lane Kiffin said on Tuesday that Richardson is not transferring.
Being a highly touted recruit, Richardon is upset with a lack of playing time. Kiffin says he sat down with Richardson yesterday to address his problems.
"We've been though this a million times with a bunch of great players in their freshman year of going through some ups and downs. Freshmen that don't play sports go through some ups and downs in college. He wants to be a great player.
He wants to go to the NFL and make a bunch of money to support his family. He just has to be patient and do the little things, and like I said,
it will come, and he'll be a great player."
