A pregnant McMinn County High school teacher was treated at a Knoxville hospital today for injuries she suffered as she tried to break-up a fight between two students.
Superintendent of Safety Vant Hardaway says the two senior girls began fighting and the teacher was accidentally hit as she intervened.
He says the students were suspended; the teacher was apparently not seriously hurt.
