Former Tennessee Republican Party Chairman Robin Smith wants to be your next Congresswoman.

She's announcing her candidacy at this hour to run for the Third Congressional District U.S. House seat.

Smith says she's already toured all 11 counties in the district, listening to the concerns of East Tennesseans.
