Ruby Falls Installs Two Zipline Courses for New Attraction

A new attraction coming to Ruby Falls looks to capitalize on it's scenic location.
Two zipline courses will soon allow visitors to go on an adventure outdoors.
A couple of years ago, Ruby Falls employees began brainstorming ways to utilize some of their unused acreage.
The settled on the idea of a zip course, because it continues the 80year legacy of Ruby being a "natural attraction."
Courses will feature a dual safety system so users stay locked in while moving along the cable. President Hugh Morrow says "as you move from station to station you're continuously clipped to the system, so if you do have a situation on an element where you slip, you cannot fall. You'll be caught by the safety cable above you."
Testing continues on the new attraction, with a target opening date of the second week of April.
