A Sequatchie County man is behind bars charged with molesting his little sister and his cousin.
It's a case that has the community reeling and now his parents also face charges.
Just down Keener Road in Sequatchie County deputies say a tale of molestation and incest unfolded...
Detective Marty Gipson says, "Got a call from Department of Children's Services and they had had a lady call stating that one of her cousins had been messing with her little girl."
Gipson says during the interviewed process 20 year old Brandyn Keener admitted to molesting his juvenile cousin and his little sister over a 3 year period.
In February Keener was arrested on child rape and incest charges.
He bonded out in March...but that's were Gipson says the story got more complicated, "Once Brandon made bond they allowed him to live back in the house with the daughter."
Keener was re-arrested and this time...so were his mom and dad.
Fifty-seven year old Jackie Keener and his 46 year old wife Rita are both charged with child neglect.
Aggravated stalking was added to Brandyn Keener's charges.
The Keener's daughter is currently living in West Virginia.
For Detective Gipson... It's a story that touches close to home, "You have to separate yourself from family and where you work and it's very, very difficult 'cause as a dad you want to rip his head off."
Rita and Jackie Keener are out on bond.
Their son Brandyn is held without bond.
All three appear in Sequatchie County Circuit Court June 22nd.
