A Signal mountain high school teacher and his new bride are expected in court on Monday...when they return from their honeymoon in Mexico.
Wes Greene and his wife, Jacqueline L. Newman have been indicted by the Hamilton County Grand Jury.
They're accused of trying to sell prescription drugs that a friend fraudulently obtained..
They were both arrested June 18, although school officials say they were not notified.
The couple got married last Saturday.
Newman is a former pharmacy technician at Walgreen's.
Greene teaches math at Signal Mountain Middle/High school.
The drugs are said to be hydrocodone and Xanax.
