Authorities in the Atlanta area search for two children at this hour.
The mother of three year old Jalen Mattison and one year Amari Mattison told police they were kidnapped this morning.
She says her car broke down and a stranger stopped to help.
Instead she says the suspect drove off in a green Jeep Cherokee with the children.
