BRADLEY COUNTY, TN,(WDEF)-For six year old Matthew life without DSL internet means no gaming or youtube.
"You have to race the race car you get lots more money if you win"
Grandmother Joyce Coltrin has campaigned for children and grandchildren to have DSL internet access for nearly ten years and is fed up waiting around.
"Go to the library and find out what the details are, you can find out that you have an email and if it's short you can deal with it"
For Neighbors it's just as frustrating.
Glenda Sink,"I have done medical transcription from home for years and i've had to use a satellite connectivity which is a lot slower than I needed"
Glenda says she is tired of being told to wait a few more months or until the end of year over and over.
"When AT and T and Bell South merged they said we would have DSL all over the state of Tennessee by the end of the year"
A matter of miles away EPB or DSL internet is available to neighbors but for some residents along Tunnel Hill Rd the wait goes on.
