The group aims to meet monthly in hopes of boosting the image and opportunities to those along the Brainerd Corridor.
Midtown Chair and Brainerd activist Angie Williams-Daly feels the area and it's people are ready to make things happen.
"All businesses in the community, several of our local schools, Chattanooga College, Virginia College, everybody is coming together to energize, enrich and enlighten the area of the Brainerd Road."
