A Chatsworth man is now behind bars in Henderson County, North Carolina.
29 year old Daniel Moore has been arrested for the murder of 52 year old Walter Davis.
The Henderson County Sheriff Department says Moore was a roommate of Davis.
They believe he was homeless prior to moving in.
Moore has also been charged with larceny and possession of stolen property.
