Chattanooga fire investigators have determined a blaze at Whiteside's Faith Manor was intentionally set this weekend.
Fire officials say a tenant with apparent phychological issues started the fire in his own apartment.
Thankfully, no one was injured, and the fire did not spread.
The resident was taken to Moccasin Bend for treatment.
No charges are expected.
