A group called "Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise" took a vested interest in a property on Holly Street and helped revitalize it.
To attract and inform potential new buyers, the group held a block party and open house. Nick Wilkinson, Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise said, "We've sold seven, so the majority have been sold. Every house comes with at least a 15,00 incentive. One lucky participant today who was able to go to all five houses is able to qualify for a 20,000 incentive to go against the purchase price of the house."
