CHATTANOOGA, TN, (WDEF), The Senate has refused to go along with the House version of a liquor distillery bill that leaves Chattanooga Whiskey on the rocks.
The bill must now go before conference committee.
Those at Chattanooga Whiskey say they are still confident.
Joe Ledbetter of Chattanooga Whiskey told News 12,

"I'm not worried about the outcome, but just little frustrated that we've got one more, bump to deal with".

Ledbetter added that they are more than ready to have Chattanooga Whiskey distilled in Hamilton County.
