CHATTANOOGA, TN, (WDEF)- Joe Ledbetter and Tim Piersant are looking to convert a former ice cream cone factory into a state of the art distillery and live venue.

It is expected to be completed within ten months at the earliest.
The building is currently owned by car collector and local business man Corky Corker.

The new building would feature the distillery on ground floor and basement, with a live venue upstairs to play host to Chattanooga Whiskey Thursday's live music.

Bars and a roof top smoking area are also in the works.
The expected capacity would be over 3000.
