We know the April 27th storms had a long-lasting impact on our area.
We get an idea of just how long from Cleveland Utilities today.
The company's just now returning to some of the projects crews were working on before the deadly twister hit.
The tornado damaged 30 transmission poles in the Cleveland Bradley County system.
And took out a quarter of the electric grid.
Crews got the power back online in 11 days.
But some of the materials meant for other projects had to be used for storm recovery efforts.
Now the utility can start focusing on some projects that were placed on the back burner.
