2nd graders at CSLA recently took part in a Cookie Jar Assembly Session.
It's the culminating event for their study of economics and manufacturing.
The students sent out surveys about what items people would like to purchase: cookie mix, tea mix, or brownie mix.
Based on their survey results, they decided to make a cookie mix.
They had to determine what ingredients they would need and how much of each they would need, based on the number of jars they wanted to make.
Every student had a job of some kind.
