Cyclists Says He Was Assaulted on Raccoon Mountain

        According to investigators, a cyclists was traveling in front of a truck on a narrow one way street on top of Raccoon Mounty
        The truck was driven by a 16 year old and a 15 year old passenger.
        The teens say they passed the cyclists and blew their horn.
        Later on, the cyclists says the teens assaulted him with pepper spray when they were both at the Visitors Center.
        The teens, however, say they used the pepper spray because the cyclist became hostile and they were scared.
        The case is still being investigated.
